rain, finally
Wednesday, July 26, 2006
today was stupidly hot (especially when walking in the sun shopping!) but it seems like it'll be over soon - big storm raging outside!
i feel compelled to update this, but really, i don't know what to write. i apologise for me being mysterious lately but it's all about a family issue which i'd rather keep for myself. things are much, much better today though (yesterday was very stressful).
i keep feeling happy i am home.
i walk around paris a discover it all over again, and it's good. it might be hot but the glorious weather makes this beautiful city even more gorgeous.
i'm losing weight even though i'm eating quite normally, which makes me think it was all water retention (or something equally annoying and temporarily fattening) from south east asia.
mango and h&m keep being great shops. and the gap sucks just because it's so damn expensive. and why is it that buying creams and tonics and things for my skin gives me so much satisfaction?
enough random things for one day. there's lightning every few seconds outside my window and i can't keep my eyes open (at 10.50!), so...

Version

Because a picture is worth a thousand words, and I cannot describe my life better than a picture can.
And because my heaven is here, I'll wrap the world around it and live in a cocoon. Quoting from a favourite song, 'Letting the cables sleep' by Bush, in its incarnation as a remix. And I do wish the friend who introduced me to the song was here to see the way things turned out.
The photos used on this site were all taken by me and can be found on my Flickr account.
This blog was opened on October 8th, 2002 and this version, the fifth, was uploaded on November 1st, 2007.
