prah khan, angkor, cambodia
i've been looking at the stats for this blog a lot lately, and i've noticed that there's some people who regularly read me, and i wonder: who are you? from prague and veneto and vancouver and stoke, you, who read this blog. i haven't done it in a long time, so it's time to do it again: if you read this, leave a comment, tell me something about you, or simply say hello.

Ohhhhh, well if you insist, I'm Stephen. Two and a half years ago, a friend of a friend, who blogged, went to a blogmeet in New York. And within ten days, he'd met a girl, they'd fallen in love, and he'd proposed. I'd never read, or even really thought about blogs before, but I was told that I just had to read their two accounts of what had happened, and was happening, to them. And I completely fell in love with their story, but I also fell in love with blogs, and hungrily searched for more. And that's how I found you, and I'm still here. So hello! And thank you, 'cos I do value the few minutes each week when I get to see the world through your eyes :)

A presto. katy :)

hi, so i am probably the one that reads you from prague... i am czech of a belgian origin, i have my own blog and i enjoy reading you! i am a bit envious so i really really envy you that beautiful italian house your parents have ;-) i am 10 years older then you, but sometimes i still feel like i am teenager. i have my own blog as well, but since it is in czech, i don't think you would have any fun enjoying it... thats all for now, so now you know little more ;-)

Ciao Vanina! A presto Laura

Since we talk about unnecessary things, I can tell you that the mysterious reader is not me. I nevertheless read you often

Version

Because a picture is worth a thousand words, and I cannot describe my life better than a picture can.
And because my heaven is here, I'll wrap the world around it and live in a cocoon. Quoting from a favourite song, 'Letting the cables sleep' by Bush, in its incarnation as a remix. And I do wish the friend who introduced me to the song was here to see the way things turned out.
The photos used on this site were all taken by me and can be found on my Flickr account.
This blog was opened on October 8th, 2002 and this version, the fifth, was uploaded on November 1st, 2007.
