Job interview in a couple of hours. Nothing very exciting, still University admin, but more money! Job security! Peace of mind! Nevermind that some people say I'm not worth it, and I just think this is what I want to do right now; lack of ambition, maybe, but it's what I need to do.

I DO wish you luck! I do wish you the best of luck. As I said, future needs to be gauged in instalments, and what you want now is not necessary what you'll want in the longer run. Not enough of a reason to drop pursuing, no? Plus you never know what surprises, people, opportunities it may conceal. Go for experiences, whatever they are. :)
